In 2020, IHWSH presented I’ll Have What She’s Cookin’ (& swirlin’ & shakin’ & bakin’), curated cooking classes and conversations via Zoom webinar. We met old old friends on-line and made new ones in our virtual kitchen, where IHWSH chefs, somms and cocktail mavens taught us their faves.

We spatchcocked a chicken with a James Beard semi-finalist, savored French wines and cheese with a Master Sommelier, decorated cookies and almost certainly set a Zoom world record for Bunny Hop dancers, sipped Tiki cocktails, fried tostones, made handmade dumplings, swirled Italian wines and squished Italian cheese, mastered Hollandaise, caramelized bananas, wok-fired some drunken noodles, sampled sakes, made pizza, danced along with Kam Franklin from the Suffers, learned the difference between pintxos and tapas, grilled souvlaki, rolled maki sushi, mixed zero-proof cocktails, fried gougères, had our first bicoastal event with Chef Simi Adebajo in San Francisco and learned about the power of baking to foster community and social change!
